MAINSTREET REAL ESTATE is an independent real estate office established in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg and specialized in the counseling of individuals in the area of high standing real estate. Since its founding in 2013, our office has continued to grow thanks to the trust our clients have placed in us. We offer our services to a national and international clientele with the objective of providing them with a professional and proficient alternative in real estate intermediation. MAINSTREET REAL ESTATE intends to deliver quality advice and expertise based on the know-how of its multilinguistic team as well as the development of a unique relationship with each client.

After studying at the University of Innsbruck where he successfully completed his Master’s degree in Economics in 2010, Joe gained his experience by practicing several years as a real estate consultant in Luxembourg.
After obtaining his professional certification as a real estate agent and developer in 2012, Joe Schmit launched Mainstreet Real Estate in 2014, an agency specializing in quality residential real estate in Luxembourg.
JÉRÔME RAISON
CO-OWNER & CO-FOUNDER / PARTNER
Jérôme studied at the University of Innsbruck where he successfully obtained his Master in Economics in 2009. On his return to Luxembourg, Jérôme spent a few years as an investment advisor with a banking institute before embarking on a the real estate sector. After obtaining his professional certification as a real estate agent and developer in 2011, Jérôme Raison launched Mainstreet Real Estate in 2014, an agency specializing in quality residential Real Estate in Luxembourg.
MATHIEU AFONSO
Real Estate Consultant
Graduated in business in 2007 from EFAB in Paris XVI, Mathieu made his first experiences in the field of Real Estate in the Montmartre district (Paris XVIII). Always looking for a new challenge, Mathieu arrived in Luxembourg in 2009, where he deepened his know-how as a real estate agent. Mathieu was the first to join the Mainstreet Real Estate team in 2014.
FERNAND FEDERSPIEL

Fernand began his professional career as a real estate advisor at Engel & Voelkers in 2009 where he had a meteoric evolution. In 2010, he was elected one of the top ten commercials in the world for the renting business . Fernand has a long experience and joined the Mainstreet Real Estate team in January 2016.
CLAUDE ZOVILÉ
REAL ESTATE CONSULTANT
With a degree in Business and Management from the University Center of Luxembourg, Claude Zovilé has 26 years of experience in the financial sector. In charge of financing large-scale Real Estate projects for 21 years with various banking institutions, Claude benefits from a professional network and is able to provide you with financial information and advise.
After obtaining his professional certification of Real Estate agent and promoter, Claude Zovile reinforced our team in 2016.
